Are you struggling to make sales through social media? You’re not alone. Most small businesses find it difficult to generate revenue with their social media strategy. It can be very easy to get overwhelmed and give up. But don’t worry, I’m here to help you!

I’m Carina Hatton (in case you’re new), and I’m a seven figure business owner and coach. I’ve helped thousands of people just like you to sell more products online. And I want to help you too!

Social media content can be time-consuming and expensive to produce, but it’s worth it if you want to make more sales.

Consistency Matters

You have to be consistent with your social media strategy if you want to make sales. That means posting regularly and engaging with your audience. If you’re not consistent, people will forget about you and your business. And if they don’t remember you, they’re not going to buy from you. Social media posting and engagement is one of the first things most small business owners stop doing when they get overwhelmed. This only hurts your business more.

Quality Over Quantity

It’s better to have quality social media content than a lot of low-quality content. You should post every single day, and make sure it’s something that will interest and engage your audience. I see a lot of small businesses making the mistake of posting just for the sake of it. They’ll post anything, even if it’s not relevant or interesting. That’s a surefire way to turn people off and lose followers. When followers stop engaging with your posts, they are sure to see less of them.

Think About Your Target audience

Who are you trying to reach with your social media strategy? What are their interests? What kind of content will they engage with? These are important questions to ask yourself before you start posting. If you’re not sure who your target audience is, take some time to figure it out. Once you know who you’re trying to reach, you can create content that appeals to them.

In the ECom Social Media Club, we’ll give you templates and a social media calendar that will guide you to post in a way that will create more engagement. Your followers won’t be able to keep themselves from interacting with your posts. There’s one secret type of post we will show you that gets tons of engagement.

Engagement is Key to Social Media Strategy

Another important aspect of social media strategy is engagement. You need to interact with your audience if you want to make sales and build the like, know, trust factor for your business. That means responding to comments, answering questions, and starting conversations. The more you engage with your audience, the more likely they are to buy from you.

Mix Up Your Content

When creating social media content, it’s important to mix things up. If you’re only posting sales messages, people will get sick of it quickly. If you don’t post about your products, they won’t know what you’re selling. The key is to create a balance of content types. That means posting a mix of sales messages, educational content, inspirational content, and entertainment. This will keep your audience engaged and help you build trust with them.

The Bottom Line: Social Media Strategy

Making sales through social media is possible, but it takes time and effort. You need to have a strategy in place if you want to succeed.
